In-situ conservation:
1.Biological diversity is conserved in their natural habitat.
2. Protection of total ecosystem is also given.
Ex-situ conservation:
1. It denotes coservation of biological diversity away from the places of their natural habitat.
2. Eg. Zoological Garden, Botanical Garden, etc.
