Two electric charges q and 4q are placed at a distance of 6a apart. Find the locus of the point on the line joining the two charges where the electric field is zero?

it can be find out by taking one distance as x and other as 6a-x

by substituting it.in kq/x^2=kq/(6a-x)^2

that gives x=2a and other 4a from 4q
