A has 2e in K, 8e in L and 14e in N. So total no of e are 24. Since it is a neutral atom hence no of electron=atomic no.

B has 2e in K, 8e in L, 18e in M and 18e in N. So total no of e are 46. Since it is also a neutral atom hence no of electron=atomic no.

So the ratio of atomic no of A:B is 12:23.
