Answer:

let the length of third side of the triangle be x

so, according to question

the two equal sides are 2x - 5

Now,

perimeter of triangle = sum of all sides

55 = 2(2x-5) + x

55 = 4x - 10 + x

55+10 = 5x

65 = 5x

65/5 = x

x = 13m

length of other two sides = 2x-5

= 2 * 13 - 5

= 26 - 5

= 21

Answer:

HEY MATE!!! HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the length of third side be x.

So length of other two sides will be 2x-5

Perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides

                             55 = (x) + (2x-5) + (2x-5)

                             55 = 5x - 10

                      55 + 10 = 5x

                             65 = 5x

                               \frac{65}{5} = x

                               13 = x

Hence, the length of sides of triangle are 13m, 21m, 21m.
