Third side=x

A.T.Q

the 2 equal sides of an isoceles triangle=3x-4

THE PERIMETER OF A TRI ANGLE =SUM OF ALL OF ALL SIDES

3x-4+3x-4+x=55

7x-8=55

7x=63

x=9ans

hence;third side =9

and the other 2 equal sides r =3×9-4

Answer:

7

Step-by-step explanation:

let 3rd side=3x

equal sides are, (3x-4)

a/q

perimeter= 2(3x-4)+3x

55=6x-8+3x

55=9x-8

9x=55+8

9x=63

x=63/9

x=7
