Two equal sides of an isosceles triangle are each 2 cm more than thrice the third side. if the perimeter of triangle is 67 cm, find the lengths of its sides. ​

Let the third side be 'x'

Now, the two other sides are 3x + 2

Perimeter = 67

x + 3x +2 + 3x + 2 = 67

7x = 63

x = 9 cm

So, one side = x = 9 cm

Other two sides = 3x + 2 = 18 + 2 = 20 cm
