let the base of isosceles triangle be X
according to condition
other two equal side = 2 + 3X
perimeter of triangle = 2(2+3X ) +X
67 =4+6X+X
67-4 =7X
63/7 =X
therefor base is equal to 9 cm and other two equal side of isosceles triangle is equal to 29 CM
