34 (x - 12) = 12
x - 12 = 12/34
x = 12/34 + 12
= 420/34 = 210/17
x = 210/17
Now,
34y - 12 = 12
34y = 24
y = 24/34
y = 12/17
Now, putting value of y = 12/17 in eq 2
34 x 12/17 - 12 = 12
12 = 12
So y = 12/17
And x = 210/17
