Spiders and scorpions are two examples of Guanotelic animals.
These Arachnids excreted mainly guanine which has a nitrogen base and hence are summoned as Guanotelic.
It is similar to that of uric acid.
Guanine is a purine which is comparatively non toxic in nature and is also insoluble in the water.
Hence it is also excreted by these animals in a solid form.
