Two factors on which education depends?

First of all, for a good education a good teacher is required. Education is all dependent on the teachers and the mind of the students and their potential. Then comes the economic factors that are the money that is needed to provide good education to a child. If someone doesn't have enough money, they are not able to provide the education completely to a child and maybe the child doesn't get enough knowledge to let his potential be completely used. So the conclusion is one needs good teachers and money to get or provide good education.
