We know,

 \sqrt{ {f1}^{2} + {f2}^{2} + f1 \times f2 \times \cos( \alpha ) }
therefore.

13=
 \sqrt{ {5}^{2} + {12}^{2} + 5 \times 12 \times \cos( \alpha ) ) }
169= 169+ 60cos(alpha)

60cos(alpha)=0

Cos(Alpha)=0

alpha=90°

Therefore the angle between then is 90°
