Two friends, Adeline and Alia start counting in steps. Adeline counts by 3 while Alila counts by 2. Adiline counts 6 times to reach 18. How many times does Alila need to count to reach the same number?

well I think if Alila needs to reach 18

then she needs to count 9 times which makes

2× 9 = 18 and 3 × 6 = 18
