Two Friends bought a house=45,00,000

Neeraj=20,00,000

Sanjeev=45,00,000-20,00,000=25,00,000

Ratio=20,00,000:45,00,000=4:9

Neeraj received=4/9*63,00,000.

=28,00,000.

Neeraj should receive Rs. 28,00,000 from the sale.

Given - Cost price of each person

Find - Amount Neeraj should receive

Solution - Firstly calculating the ratio of amount Neeraj paid initially.

Ratio of amount paid = 20,00,000:45,00,000

Cancelling zero as common in both numerator and denominator

Ratio of amount paid = 4:9

Now, he should receive 4 parts from total of 9 parts of selling price. So, calculating the 4 parts of Rs. 63,00,000

Amount to be received = 4/9×63,00,000

On performing the calculation involving multiplication and division, we get the amount as -

Amount = 4×700,000

Amount = Rs. 28,00,000

Hence, Neeraj should receive Rs. 28,00,000 from the sale.
