No, these two whistles will not produce a third frequency which is higher than the first two,. You will hear two whistles at the same pitch, however. The amplitude is doubled, not the frequency. Imagine a hundred whistle blowers, this will explain what happens. The sound will be tremendously loud, but ther frequencies are the same.
