Answer:

The Indian National Congress was formed in 1885 and it was divided into two groups in the year 1907. The division occurred mainly due to extremists and moderates at the Surat Session of Indian National Congress.  The session was shifted to Surat from Pune so that Bal Gangadhar Tilak couldn't preside over it. The Surat Split was the splitting of the Indian National Congress into two groups - the Extremists and the Moderates - at the Surat session in 1907. Indira Gandhi however, institutionalized the practice of having the same person as the Congress President and the Prime Minister of India after she formed Congress in 1978.

1928 - Calcutta-Motilal Nehru (first All India Youth Congress Formed)

1929-Lahore-J.L. Nehru (Poorna Swaraj Resolution was passed)

1931-Karachi-Vallabhbhai Patel (Here, resolution on Fundamental Rights and the National Economic Program was passed)

1932, 1933-Delhi, Calcutta-(Session Banned)

hope I helped you ;)
