yes it may differ but if they are playing it together so it is possible that the sound which is produced seems like one sound. if you play one after the other and check the voice quality so it may differ if the guitar is made from different materials.

No those sound will not differ because this sound is produce by same material at same note so the quality will remain same , without any acoustic changes u will not be able to differ between these.
