Two identical metallic spheres of exactly equal masses are taken. One is given a +ve charge and the other an equal -ve charge by friction. Are their masses after charging equal?

No, their masses will not be equal after charging, as while protons have mass of 1 amu, electrons have negligible mass. So there will definitely be a difference in masses.
