now find the current
I=V/R

1/R=1/R+1/R
=1/12 +1/12

now current
I=V/R
=3/6
=1/2
=0.5A
power
P2=V×I
=3×0.5
=1.5W
Ratio
P1/P2=0.375/1.5
=0.25
= 25/100
= 1/4
