The electrostatic force between two charged particles is given by Coulomb’s law as follows.
Here,q1 is the charge of the first point charge,q2 us the charge of the second point charge, r is the distance between them, and k is the Coulomb’s constant.

Hello Dear,
Complete question is added in the image.
◆ Answer -
F1/F2 = 4Q2/Q1
● Explanation -
Initially, electrostatic force between two charges is given by -
F1 = k.Q1.Q2/d²
When spheres touch each other, charges will be redistributed such that both spheres will have charge Q1/2 (Q2 is negligible).
F2 = k.(Q1/2).(Q1/2)/d²
F2 = k.Q1²/4d²
Dividing F2 by F1,
F2/F1 = (k.Q1²/4d²) / (k.Q1.Q2/d²)
F2/F1 = Q1/4Q2
F1/F2 = 4Q2/Q1
Therefore, ratio of F1/F2 is 4Q2/Q1.
Hope this helped you. Keep asking..
