-\frac{1}{3} = \frac{1}{v} - \frac{1}{50}

\frac{1}{v} = \frac{1}{50}-\frac{1}{3}

\frac{1}{v} = \frac{3-50}{150}

\frac{1}{v} = - \frac{150}{47} = -3.19 m
