Function of water in our body :

Due to presence of water our blood is in liquid form as blood and lymph is highly made up of water or liquid .

Waste disposal from our body is in aqueous form .

Drinking water helps us to keep our body Cool !!

A person should drink at least 1-2 litres of water every day !!
