Two men are riding on a bike, one has AIDS., the second is healthy. Their bike collided with a car, and they got severe injury. Accidentally, the blood of first man( who has AIDS) go to the second person's body (through mouth), then, does the second person catches AIDS ( who is healthy). If first person is suffering from AIDS and second person comes in the contact of first person. Then there is chances to attack AIDS on second person.
