Two men can do a piece of work in 6 hours and 4 hours respectivly. After the first has worked for 2 hours, he is joined by the other. By when should the work be completed.

The remaining work left is (1-1/3=2/3rd part).

the remaining 2/3rd part complete in 12/5×2/3=24/15=1hr & 9×60/15=1hr36 mins.
