Heya !!!
Let two numbers are 2X and 3X.
First Number = 2X
And,
Second number = 3X.
According to question,
2X - 2 : 3X + 2 = 1 : 2
2 ( 2X - 2 ) = ( 3X + 2 )
4X - 4 = 3X + 2
4X - 3X = 2 + 4
X = 6
First Number = 2X = 2 × 6 = 12
And,
Second number = 3X = 3 × 6 = 18

Hey!!
Let the first number be 2x
the second number be 3x
A/q
2 ( 2x - 2 ) = ( 3x + 2 )
=> 4x - 4 = 3x + 2
=> 4x - 3x = 2 + 4
=> x = 6
Therefore the first number = 2x = 2 × 6 = 12
and the second number = 3x = 3 × 6 = 18
Hope it will helps you ✌
