Solution :-

Let the third number be 200

Then, the first number will be = 200 + (200*12.5)/100

= 200 + 25 

= 225

The second number will be = 200 + (200*25)/100

= 200 + 50

= 250

Percentage of 1st number to the second number = (225*100)/250

= 22500/250

= 90 %
