Fraction,

$\frac{x}{2x}$

If 7 is added to both,
$\frac{x + 7}{2x + 7} = \frac{3}{5}$

Cross multiply,

5(x+7)] = 3(2x +7)

5x +35 = 6x +21

35-21=6x-5x

7= x

Fraction,

$\frac{7}{14}$
