<b>Let the numbers be 10x and 3x respectively

Their difference = 35

So Forming an equation as per the question

we have..

10x - 3x = 35

7x = 35

x = 35/7

x = 5

Numbers are :

10x = 10×5 = 50

and 3x = 3 × 5 = 15

Mohdnoman: second ans 30 nhi hoga 15 hoga
AliaaBhatt: nice answer :)

Let \: the \: two \: number \: are \: in \: the \: ratio \: be \: x \\ \\ 1st \: \: number = 10x \\ \\ 2nd \: number \: \: = 3x \\ \\ difference \: of \: the \: number = 35 \\ \\ A.T.Q. \\ \\ 10x - 3x = 35 \\ \\ \\ 7x = 35 \\ \\ x = \frac{35}{7} \\ \\ x = 5 \\ \\ so, \: \: \\ \\ the \: 1st \: \: number = 10x = 10 \times 5 = 50 \\ \\ 2nd \: number \: \: = 3x = 3 \times 5 = 15 \: \: \: \: \: answer
