let the ratio number be x
so 1st no. = 5x
2nd no = 6x
according to question..
=). 6x+ 5x = 132
=). 11x = 132
=) x = 132/ 11 = 12
so 1st no. = 5x = 5×12 =60
2nd no = 6x = 6×12 =72
so 1st no. = 5x
2nd no = 6x
according to question..
=). 6x+ 5x = 132
=). 11x = 132
=) x = 132/ 11 = 12
so 1st no. = 5x = 5×12 =60
2nd no = 6x = 6×12 =72

Assume the unknown numbers to be 5 x and 6 x respectively.
Given :
5x + 6 x = 132
11x = 132
x = 132 ÷ 11
x = 12
Therefore , the numbers are :
5 x = 5 × 12 = 60
6 x = 6 × 12 = 72
The numbers are 60 and 72.
