let the 1st number be 5x and the second number be 8x (given ratio= 5:8)

⇒ 5x + 8x = 195
⇒13x        = 195
⇒x            =195÷13
                  =15
thus the first number will be 5x= 5×15= 75
and the second number will be 8x= 8×15=  120
