Given:-

Two numbers are in the ratio 7:10

To Find:-

The smaller number = ?

Solve:-

Let x be the number multiple in thi ratio

We get;

 \implies 7x:10x

If larger number is 10x is 140

Then,

 \implies 10x = 140

 \implies x = 14

If smaller number is 7x so,

 \implies 7x = 7 × 14

The small number is 98✔️
