Let the two numbers be 7x and 8x.

$= > \frac{7x + 3}{8x + 3} = \frac{8}{9}$

$= > 63x + 27 = 64x + 24$

$= > x = 3$

The two numbers are : 21 and 24

Hence, correct option is (c) 21 , 24.
