Answer:

4.7   ;  108.1

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the numbers are a and 23a.

Given, when 4 and 5 are added to the 1st and 2nd numbers, ratio becomes 1 : 13.

It means : new ratio is ( a + 4 ) : ( 23a + 5 )

 According to the question:

⇒ ( a + 4 ) : ( 23a + 5 ) = 1 : 13

⇒ 13( a + 4 ) = 1( 23a + 5 )

⇒ 13a + 52 = 23a + 5

⇒ 52 - 5 = 23a - 13a

⇒ 47 = 10a

⇒ 47 / 10 = a

⇒ 4.7 = a

       Hence the required numbers are ( 47 / 10 ) and ( 23*47/10 ) or 1081 / 10
