At zero air resistance i.e, vacuum, they will fall at the same time to earth.

At practical conditions , the air resistance can be considered negligible.

Hence they will reach the ground at the same time.

In normal conditions, in vacuum, both the weights will fall at the same time. If one of the object is similar to a ball of cotton, or feather, then air resistance will act upon it and it'll fall after the other object. However, if both are solids and unlike the mentioned things, then both will fall at the same time.
