two objects whose masses are in the ratio 2: 3 are moving with speed in the ratio 4:5 . calculate the ratio of their kinetic energies.....
give the correct answer only .
wrong answer will be reported

ShubhamS1: By the way...the formula for kinetic energy is 1/2mv^2 n so by comparing both the ratio u can get the answer...thnx

i think it's 32:75.
Hope this helps.

Let the masses be 2m and 3m.
Let the speeds be 4v and 5v.

For first object,
K.E.= 1/2 ×2m×16m^2= 16mv^2.

For second object,
K.E.=1/2×3m×25v^2=75/2mv^2.

.: taking their ratio,
K.E.1/K.E.2= 32:75

Thanks
