As we know that opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal,

2x+8=4x-2
2x-4x=-2-8
-2x=-10
x=-10/-2
x= 5

Therefore,
Angle:1
4x-2
=4*5-2
=20-2
=18

Angle:2
2x+8
=2*5+8
=10+8
=18

I have changed 2x-8 to 2x+8 as I think your question should be that way...if I keep it 2x-8, the value is coming in negative..so I had to change
