The first thing we are told is that the parents are type A, but we don't know if they are homozygous (A/A) or heterozygous (O/A). All we know is that they have at least one A gene each.
daughter has type O blood.
since she has type O, each parent must be heterozygous (O/A), because both the A and B genes are dominant over O, and so she must have received an O from each parent, and be O/O herself. punnet square will help us get the probablity
by observing the punnet square we can conclude that there's a 25% chance that it will be o blood group

yes the punnet square is showing the probability of the next child's blood group if we assume the parents are heterozygous and yes the same answer is available in quora but havent copied them :)
