if kinetic energy is equal

then 1/2m1(v1)^2 = 1/2m2(v2)^2

1 x (v1)^2 = 4 x (v2)^2

(v1/v2)^2 = 4

so v1/v2 = 2

ratio of momentum

m1v1/m2v2 = 1 x 2 / 4 = 1/2..

so the ratio of momentum is 1/2..
