Their relative speed is 4 +6 km/h since they walk towards each other. This means 10 km/h.

Their relative distance decreases at 10 km/h, starting from 25 km, it will reach 0 (=they meet) in 25/10= 2.5 hours = 2 hours and 30 minutes.

You have to add 2 hours and 30 minutes to their starting time to get their meeting time.

7:30 am +2:30 = 10:00am.

They will meet each other at 10:am
