Two plane mirrors are placed parallel to each other.
The distance between the mirrors is 10 cm. An object is
placed between the mirrors at a distance of 4 cm from
one of them, say M1. What is the distance between the
first image formed at M1, and the second image formed at M2

20cm because the object placed 4cm from m1 form image at 4 CM from m1 on other side as it was a plane mirror so , here we know distance b/w two mirrors is 10 CM so distance of object from m2 will be 6cm accordingly so same way it forms image other side with distance of 6cm from m2 and here we want distance b/w first image and second image so 4cm+4cm+6cm+6cm= 20cm is the distance
