:Square plot
side=60m
Perimeter =4xl
=4x60
Perimeter =240m
:rectangular plot
length=x
Breadth =1.5m
Perimeter =240m (as the Perimeters are same)
Perimeter=2(l+b)
240=2(x+1.5)
240/2=120
120-1.5=118.5
Length=118.5m
:Square plot area
Area=side x side
=60x60
=3600
Area=3600m2
:rectangular plot area
Area=l x b
=118.5x1.5
=117.75
Area=117.75m2
Therefore, square plot had more area than rectangular plot by 3422.25m2
(3600-117.75)
