Two plots of land have same perimeter.One is a square while the other is a rectangle of length 70 m and breadth 56m.While has greater area and by how much .
answer is 49 but how it is came.

Rectangle's Perimeter = 2(70m+56m)=2×126m=252m.

It's area = 70m×56m = 3920m²

Square's side = 252m/4 = 63m

Its area = (63m)² = 3969m²

Difference = 3969m²-3920m²= 49m².
