Two plots of land have the same peremeter. One is a square of side 64m and the other is a rectangle of lenght 70m find the breadth of the rectangular plot. Which plot has the greater area and by how much?

Perimeter of square= 64x4=256m
Length of side of rectangle to be found=(256 -2(70))/2=116/2=58m

So area of square=64x64=4096
Area of rectangle=58x70=4060

Clearly,area of square is larger
