Two plots of land have the same perimeter. one is square of side 60 metres,while the other is a rectangle whose breadth is 1.5 dam.which plot have greater area and by how much

4×60=2 (1.5×10+ L)
240=2 (15+L)
120=15+L
L=105 m
area of square = 60×60=3600m^2
area of rectangle =15×105=1575m^2
area of square > area of rectangle
