solution:

If You draw the graph of E v/s X [Taking +q and -q cahrge along x axis and distance osf seperation is "d" and taking electric filed at y axis] (the graph is like rectangular Hyperbola)

you will observe that at just a mid point of the distacnce between them,The field is get || to X Axis .

so, Required point is (d/2,0,0)
