This further implies velocity is inversely proportional to area.

Now area of each ball is πr^2 aand let the radii of the balls be r1 and r2.

Next this implies velocity is inversely proportional to the square of the radius.

So you get v1/v2 = r2^2/r1^2

So I presume the answer should be 4: 1.
