Two poles of height 7 m and 14 m to stand on a plane if the distance between their feet is 24 m then the distance between their tops is

DC = EB = 7 m

BC = DE = 24 m

In ∆AED, angle AED = 90°

AE² + ED² = AD²

7² + 24² = AD²

AD² = 49 + 576

AD² = 625

AD = √625

AD = 25 m

Distance between their tops is 25m.
