Answer:

given perimeter of two rectangle is 8 now perimeter of one rectangle=2×(l+b)

hence 2×(l+b)=8

l+b=8/2

l+b=4

now transfer b to r.h.s

l=4-b. eq. 1

now difference between their area of first rectangle=area of second rectangle

area of rectangle =l × b

l x b = lx b. from eq 1

(4-b) ×b= (4-b)×b

4b -b×b =4b-b×b

now b×b =b square

4b -4b = b×b-b×b

on solving this

answer =0

so difference of their area =0

another way to solve this in tick the correct answer in simple way is that if perimeter of two rectangle is same than their area is also same .

thanks
