two roads 3m wide have been comstructed in the middle of garden crossing each other at right angles, running parallel to the sides of the garden 35 m long and 25 m wide.Find the cost of constructing the roads at the rate of Rs. 80 per sq.m

area \: of \: roads = 35 \times 3 + 25 \times 3 - 3 \times 3 \\  = 105 + 75 - 9 \\  = 180 - 9 \\  = 171 {m}^{2}  \\ cost = 171 \times 80 \\ =  rs \:  \:  \: 13680
