Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveller, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,Appreciation​

as the two roads were different one with green lush grass symbolising it was not travelled by many people and the other was dried and no grass which symbolises that it had been travelled by many people so the poet risked taking the fresh lushing green grass road and said to himself that he would travel the other on someday.

the poet once said in an interview that whatever he is,

he is because of his decision.
