 \sf  \bf \underline{Required \:  Answer} :

Given :

Ratio = 5:3

Perimeter = 48 cm

To find :

Length of each side

Solution :

Given,

Sides of parallelogram in the ratio 5:3

Let,

More length parallel side will be '5x'

Less length parallel side will be '3x'.

Perimeter of parallelogram = 2(a+b)

48cm = 2(5x+3x)

48cm = 2×8x

24cm = 8x

X = 3cm

.: More length side 'a' = 5x

= 5×3 = 15cm

Less length side 'b' = 3x

= 3×3 = 9cm

.: Lengths are 15cm ,9cm, 15cm ,9cm.
